1. Is Jenni’s Alterations open on weekends?

Kind of…we are open by appointment only on Saturday from 9am - 12pm.

2. How much do you charge for a hem?

It depends on your specific requirements however, prices start from $15.

3. Do you do wedding dress / bridesmaids / groomsmen alterations?

Yes absolutely, this is actually one of our most popular services. For Bridal parties please contact me if you would like to organise individual or group appointments.

4. Do you offer a quicker turnaround service if I need the item completed sooner?

Yes where possible, depending on the complexity of your needs and my capacity. However, quicker turnaround service will incur an additional fee. This will be clearly discussed with you as part of the quote.

5. If I see a dress I like, can you make one that looks similar custom fitted for me?

Yes, I can make replica dresses that look similar to those in photos. Please contact me to discuss your individual needs.

6. I have a request that’s a little outside of the norm, can you help?

I will always do my best to support you with your individual needs. Some of the more bespoke creations recently have included: carry cases for musical instruments, caravan seating recovers, pet coats, collars and leads.
